Can I cancel my order?

At Beach And Paws, LLC, we take pride in crafting unique items tailored specifically to your preferences. As a print-on-demand company, our products are created exclusively for you. Therefore, we do not offer routine refunds or exchanges.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order, please see our Returns & Refunds policy below.

We want to speak to you too! Please use the contact form below for any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States and offer free shipping. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are produced to order which generally takes 2 to 3 days. After that, the product is shipped which normally takes 3-5 days.

So total time to arrive from when you place your order is typically 5 to 8 days.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
